Our positive attitude, dedication to teaching and award winning original choreography is what makes us unique.

We aim to make your child the best dancer they can possibly be, and offer many performance and professional opportunities to our dance and cheerleading students.

We are situated across TWO great studios at

the University of Wollongong Recreation & Aquatic Centre.

In 2006- 2007, NRG studios grew from zero to three hundred students, making it the fastest growing dance and cheerleading school in Wollongong!

2006 was the first year of operations for NRG studios, but Principals Samantha and Genevieve have been involved in the Illawarra and Sydney dance scene for many years now.
